In 1950, the sub 4:00 mile was not even thought of, so it is inconceivable that Daneil Komen has done it twice in the same race. Daniel Komen has run a 7:58 for two miles and it is in our opinion that he be named the runner of the year instead of Haile Gebresalasie.

The World Championships come on Sat. March 13th at 12p.m. cental time.....However the Championships were already held. Haile Gebresalassie was the star winning both the 1500m and the 3000m. He also set the course record in the 1500m.
